Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed. In certain cases, Sanskruti Designer Wear may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or technical errors. If an order is cancelled from our side, a full refund will be processed.

Refund:

Refunds are provided only for approved cancellations or verified return requests for damaged, defective, or wrong products. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original payment method used for purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred from our side.

Return & Exchange Policy:

At Sanskruti Designer Wear, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or videos for verification. Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging. All requests are subject to quality inspection and approval.

Process:

Once your request is approved, we will arrange an exchange or initiate a refund as per your preference. If an exchange product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead. Replacement or refund will be completed within 7–10 working days after approval.
