Return & Exchange Policy

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
  • Approval is subject to quality check.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Orders may be cancelled by Sanskruti due to stock or payment issues.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for approved cancellations or returns.
  • Refund will be completed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side.
